How It Works
It’s simple – the more you drive with the Via System, the more Rewards Points you earn! Rewards Points allow you to unlock exciting perks. Once you have put in a request to redeem your points, we will check if you have sufficient points on your balance. If you do, we’ll deduct the points and mail the item to you!

ViaBlue Reward Earnings
1 hour = 1 Reward Point
For every complete hour that you work on the Via system, you earn 1 ViaPartner Rewards point. Work 8 hours in a day, earn 8 points.

ViaFlex Reward Earnings
3 rides = 1 Reward Point
For every 3 rides (=pick-ups!) that you work on the Via system, you earn 1 ViaPartner Rewards point. Complete 24 rides in a day, earn 8 points.

Terms & Conditions
Terms and conditions: Offer available to Via NYC Driver Partners in good standing on the Via platform, who will be automatically entered into this program. Reward Points earnings are limited to qualified rides and hours, as determined by Via in its sole discretion and according to the accumulation scheme as communicated by Via. Driver Partners in good standing with Via will be able to redeem their accumulated points for items and gift-cards online for the then-current prices displayed in the program’s store. Points are not transferrable and redeemed items may not be returned. Via may terminate or modify this program at any time at its discretion. Redemption of points is subject to availability of prizes offered by Via NYC at any time. Prizes are offered while supplies last only. Redeemed items will be shipped to the address provided to Via by Driver Partner. Via is not responsible for items once the items have shipped to the Driver Partner. Points will automatically expire six (6) months after being accrued if not redeemed by such deadline. Points accrued first will be redeemed first. The program’s requirements for maintaining a status may be updated from time to time, as communicated by Via.

For the avoidance of doubt, the redemption and/or use of any Via-branded clothes, accessories or other products is at each Driver Partner’s sole discretion and there is no requirement whatsoever to wear or use such products at any time.
