Service Fee: All Guarantees are subject to ViaVan’s 15% Flex Service Fee.
Ride Requirements: You must complete the minimum number of Rides (i.e., passenger bookings or pick-ups) during the promotion period to qualify. A ride is considered ‘completed’ if you accept the ride, pick up the passenger, and drop off the passenger.
Extra Rides: If you do more than the required minimum number of rides, you will keep the earnings you generate for these rides. We will consider these as part of your total earnings in the promotional period when calculating your ‘top-up- payment.
Completion Rate Requirements: You must complete at least 80% of the rides you are offered during the entire promotion period to qualify. A ride is considered ‘completed’ if you accept the ride, pick up the passenger, and drop off the passenger. Any rides that do not meet this criteria (e.g., ride is not accepted, or ride is cancelled) will count against your completion rate.
Unauthorised behaviour: Offer valid only for the date and time period specified in the message received. Promotion reserved to active ViaVan Driver Partners in good standing with ViaVan to whom the promotion notification was addressed. In the event trips are not provided as requested by a Driver Partner, including in the event of system abuse or unauthorised behaviour, the Driver Partner will automatically and in all respects forfeit his or her eligibility for this promotion.
