When you see the Pre-Pickup Bonus icon in your offer, you’ll start earning before your rider is on board – even if they cancel or No Show.
Your offer card will show you when your earnings will start, no matter what the pickup ETA is!
- For Flex trips, you’ll earn at the current rate of £1.25/mile and £0.15/min.
- For Guaranteed Fares, you’ll see the total amount you’ll earn, including your Pre-Pickup Bonus, in your offer.
Pre-Pickup Bonuses are currently available on iOS only – make sure to download the latest version of the app. Android version coming soon!

In the event trips are not provided as requested by a Driver Partner, including in the event of system abuse or unauthorised behaviour, the Driver Partner will automatically and in all respects forfeit his or her eligibility for this promotion.
What happens if rider cancels or is a no show?
Not to worry, you’ll be paid at least the standard £4.25 cancellation or no-show fee. If you earned a Pre-pickup Bonus, which is higher than the standard fee, you will receive the Pre-Pickup Bonus. Our standard cancellation and no-show policy apply to be eligible for payment: make sure you’re heading towards the pickup and are on time!
Am I eligible for Pre-pickup Bonus when I drive in Blue?
At this time, Pre-pickup Bonus is only available on Flex and Guaranteed Fare offers.
What happens if I cancel the ride or it’s automatically reassigned?
You won’t receive the Pre-pickup Bonus. To reduce the chance of ride reassignment, make sure to head towards your rider pickup point as soon as you confirm the offer.
Do Rocket Rates apply to Pre-pickup Bonus?
