Where can I find my hours and pay?
Every Tuesday, you will receive an hour and pay summary for the previous Monday to Sunday period.
How do trip receipts work?
For rides in FLEX mode, you will receive a trip receipt after each ride. For BLUE mode, you will not receive a receipt after every ride, instead, you will receive a summary every Tuesday. For shared rides or rides where you automatically get another rider allocated to you, you will only receive 1 receipt.
When and how will I get paid?
You will get paid before midnight every Wednesday, this payment will only include rides you had made in the previous Monday – Sunday period. You can also access your earnings in-app with the Earnings Portal and Earnings Indicator. To discover more ways to earn with ViaVan, check out some tips on making the most of your time on the road.
How do Rocket Rates work?
Rocket Rates are fare multipliers that apply to pickups in specific zones known as Rocket Zones. Rocket Zones show where fares are higher. Rocket rates apply based on pickup location, not where you confirmed the ride. If you make pickups in a Rocket Zone, your fare will be multiplied by the specified Rocket Rate.
I can’t login to my app!
If you’ve received your password and had your account activated, there are a few tricks you can try to get you to sign into your account.
I haven’t been paid for a referral.
It is the person you refers’ responsibility to credit you with the referral, they can do this by using your referral link, or can tell us you referred them when they come into the office. You will then be paid the referral bonus on the Wednesday following your referral’s first journey.
My account has been restricted.
A restricted account usually means one of your documents has expired. You will have received a link by email to upload your new document, if this isn’t the case feel free to reach out and we will provide assistance.
What is unauthorised behaviour?
Unauthorised behaviour constitutes a misuse of the ViaVan platform, and violates the agreement that all driver partners sign when they join ViaVan. As a reminder, you cannot use the ViaVan platform to pick up family or friends, you must allow the App to allocate you riders. Other unauthorised behaviour includes taking excessively long detours, and not going to your pick up location on rides you’ve accepted. We understand that mistakes can be made, so we will always try to get your side of the story.
