You can gain up to £1000 net in guaranteed earnings this week Monday 10 June – Sunday 16 June when you’re online in Flex mode during our promotional hours.
It’s simple – when you meet the requirements of the promotion, you’ll take home at least the guaranteed amount.
What are the requirements?
- Drive in Flex mode for all of the hours specified in the promo message.
- You must confirm availability for at least 80% of ride proposals you receive during the hours specified in your promo message. If a rider Cancels or No Shows, it will not affect your promotion.
- Be an active ViaVan Driver Partner in good standing. Any unauthorised or fraudulent behaviour will automatically result in disqualification from the promo.
- Have your ride preferences switched on to drive in the Zone when driving during Congestion Charge zone hours. You are still eligible for the promotional earnings if you drive outside of Congestion Charge Zone hours
What is an Earnings Guarantee?
An Earnings Guarantee is a minimum amount you are guaranteed to earn within a given time period as long as you meet certain conditions.
If you meet the conditions and earn less than the guaranteed amount, we’ll top up your earnings! If you earn more than the guaranteed, you still take home all your earnings.

How will I know if I met the promo requirements?
We will send you an update during the week on your progress. If you meet the promotion requirements, you will see your guaranteed earnings on our Weekly Pay Report the following week. Note that the promotional earnings are not available in the app at this time.
How is promotional payment calculated?
Promo earnings are calculated as the difference between your net Flex earnings and the guaranteed amount. If your net Flex earnings for the hours you drove are less than the guarantee – we will top you up to meet the guaranteed amount. If your net earnings are more than the guarantee, you’ll keep the extra earnings!
Flex earnings considered in this offer include Flex fares, rockets, other Flex promos, and cancellation fees. New driver promotion, tips, tolls, cleaning & parking reimbursements are excluded.
Will my time count while I’m online in Flex mode waiting for a ride offer?
Yes, your hours will count from the time you go online as long as you confirm availability for at least 80% of the ride offers you receive. Make sure your app sound is on, even while you’re using other apps, so you don’t miss any offers!
I don’t work during Congestion Charge Zone hours, can I still participate in this promotion?
Absolutely! You can work outside of Congestion Charge Zone hours as long as you are online within the promo time slots, for the required number of hours. However, if you do choose to drive during Congestion Charge Zone hours, you will need your ride preferences to be set to drive through the zone in order to count those hours towards the promotion.
What is unauthorised and fraudulent behaviour?
The offer is reserved to active Driver Partners who are in good standing with ViaVan at all times from the receipt of this message up to and including the time of payment. Should ViaVan identify that rides are not completed as requested, including any attempts of system abuse, fraudulent or unauthorised behaviour (including the choice of artificially long routes), you will automatically be disqualified from this promotion. Confirming your availability for a ride and not proceeding to the pick-up point, or not picking up the passenger(s) (other than in the case of a no-show or cancellation by the passenger(s)), or picking up the passenger(s) but not dropping them off at the requested destination, will disqualify you from this offer.
