An Earnings Guarantee is a set amount of gross fares you are guaranteed to make within a given time period.
You must remain online and in the service zone for the 2 full hours between 7am and 9am. You also must complete at least 3 rides in that time period and complete at least 80% of rides offered.
You’ll always get paid at least the Earnings Guarantee
As with any promotion, ViaVan will calculate which earning (the regular earnings or the Guarantee) is the highest, and pay you that one!
If you earn less than the guarantee within the given time frame, ViaVan will top-off your earnings.
If you earn more than the guarantee, you’ll keep those additional earnings!
All Earnings Guarantee are calculated in terms of gross earnings, and are are subject to ViaVan’s 15% Service Fees.
If you achieve the promotion, the payment will be documented on your pay report next week.
