We’ve noticed you recently rejected most of your rides. Below are some tips to help you avoid this:
Turn on your notifications
Make sure you are aware of all ride proposals we send you, this way you’ll proposals won’t time out before you can tap “Accept”.
Turning on notifications:
- Go to your phone settings.
- Go to ‘Notifications’.
- Tap on the ViaVan Driver app.
- Allow sound notifications.
Not available for rides?
Tap “Go offline” — this will stop any rides from being assigned to you. If you have a rider on board, the system will let you finish your ongoing ride and automatically log you off after.
