What are ViaVan Rocket Rates?
ViaVan Rocket Rates are multipliers (surge) on your complete trip earnings.
Where and when can I earn rocket rates?
Check your app for the Rocket Rates that are live at any given moment. The ViaVan Service Zone will be divided in smaller zones that have different Rocket Rates. Rocket rates are determined based on the location of your pick-up.
The ride offer in the ViaVan Driver App will show you which Rocket Rate applies – you’ll know how big your multiplier is before you accept!
How does pay for Rocket Rate works?
The Flex Trip Receipt that you receive by email after every trip will show your Rocket Rate earnings. All your earnings will be included in your weekly pay deposit.
