What is a Completed Rides Bonus?
A Completed Rides promotion is an offer to achieve an additional bonus amount, on top of your normal Flex earnings.
No service fee is deducted from your bonus amount!
Your normal flex earnings will be subject to ViaVan’s normal service fees.
How do I qualify for a Completed Rides Promotion?
To be eligible for the Completed Rides Promotion, you must complete at least the number of rides indicated in the message you received.
How does payment work?
ViaVan will calculate the total number of rides you complete in the period.
If you complete more than the minimum ride requirement, you will earn the extra promotion amount on top of your regular earnings, with no service fee deduction on the promotion amount!
The service fee will only be deducted from your regular Flex earnings.
Eligibility Conditions:
- Drive in Flex Mode during the promotion period.
- Complete at least the number of rides indicated in the message received during the promotion period
*ViaVan reserves the right to withhold payment in situations where a Driver Partner violates Via Van’s policies
Offer valid only for the date and time period specified in the message received. Promotion reserved to active ViaVan Driver Partners in good standing with ViaVan to whom the promotion notification was addressed. In the event trips are not provided as requested by a Driver Partner, including in the event of system abuse or unauthorised behaviour, the Driver Partner will automatically and in all respects forfeit his or her eligibility for this promotion.
