What you need to know about ViaVan Blue Mode

  • What is ViaVan Blue Mode?

    In ViaVan Blue Mode, you can earn Guaranteed Hourly Rates. You’ll get paid for time on the system, regardless of whether you have a rider on board.

  • How does it work in the app?

    There are two key differences from ViaVan Flex Mode where you earn per ride:

    1. You cannot drive on other platforms while you are in Blue Mode – please make sure you close all other apps!
    2. Rides will automatically be assigned to you, you cannot reject them.
    3. You’ll need to drive to Terminals at the start of your shift and between rides. Remember, your paid time starts when you’ve reached your first Terminal or when you’ve been assigned your first ride.

  • How do I get paid?

    You’ll earn the hourly rates as displayed in this message. Please note that these rates are subject to ViaVan’s 15% Service Fee.

    The day after the Blue Promotion, you will receive an email with the hours you’ve driven. Promotion earnings will be included in your weekly pay deposit.
