How do I qualify for the Congestion Charge bonus?
You must drive with ViaVan for at least the number of hours indicated in the message you received. All hours driven (excluding break-time) in ViaVanBlue mode count towards the Blue Guarantee. You can earn it any of the week (Monday-Friday).
This bonus is on top of normal Blue hourly earnings and guarantees.
How much will my Congestion Charge bonus be and when will I receive it?
If you complete the minimum amount of Blue hours specified in your message, you will receive an additional payment equivalent to £10.50 of the Congestion Charge Auto Pay payment on your subsequent Weekly Pay Report. The promotional earnings are not subject to ViaVan’s service fee. You can earn up to 5 bonuses in one week, one for each weekday.
You are responsible for paying the Congestion Charge to TfL yourself. ViaVan will not pay the Congestion Charge on your behalf.
Key things to remember:
Offer valid only for the date and time period specified in the message received. The offer is reserved to active Driver Partners who are in good standing with ViaVan at all times from the receipt of this message up to and including the time of payment. Should ViaVan identify that rides are not completed as requested, including any attempts of system abuse, fraudulent or unauthorised behaviour (including the choice of artificially long routes), the Driver Partner will automatically and in all respects be disqualified from this promotion. Confirming your availability for a ride and not proceeding to the pick-up point, or not picking up the passenger(s) (other than in the case of a no-show or cancellation by the passenger(s)), or picking up the passenger(s) but not dropping them off at the requested destination, will disqualify you from this offer.
