By completing 40 rides last week, you’ve unlocked a lower Service Fee for this week!  When you hit the road 4-Feb through 10-Feb, you’ll be eligible for a 7.5% fee on all Flex mode trips – that’s half of our normal Service Fee!

Here’s how you can unlock an additional week with a lower Service Fee:

  • Complete 40 pick ups this week (04/02 – 10/02) to unlock the lower Service Fee of 7.5% on all completed Flex ride earnings during the next week (11/02 – 17/02).
  • At the end of this week, we’ll let you know if you unlocked the low service fee for the week of 11/02 based on your completed rides from the past week.

You’ll have the same opportunity to earn ANOTHER low Service Fee week by completing 40 pick ups during the next week of 11/02, so don’t miss out on the exclusive opportunity to take home more earnings each week!

Service Fee Details

If achieved, you will see a lowered 7.5% Service Fee on your Flex trip receipts during the following week.

The 7.5% service fee will apply to all completed Flex rides. Blue hours and other Flex promo payments will not be affected.

Requirements

Pickup Minimum: You must complete the 40 pickups during the specified time period to qualify. A pickup is considered “completed” if you confirm your availability for the ride and successfully pick up the passenger. No-shows and cancellations do not count towards completed pickups.

Count of pickups includes both private and shared ride pickups:

  • If a rider books for 2 passengers, this will count as a single pickup.
  • If two riders book separately, this will count as two pickups.

Unauthorised behaviour: Offer is valid only for the date and time period specified in the message received and is reserved to active Driver Partners who are in good standing with ViaVan at all times from the receipt of this message up to and including the time of payment. Should ViaVan identify that rides are not completed as requested, including any attempts of system abuse, fraudulent or unauthorised behaviour (including the choice of artificially long routes), the Driver Partner will automatically and in all respects be disqualified from this promotion. Confirming your availability for a ride and not proceeding to the pick-up point, or not picking up the passenger(s) (other than in the case of a no-show or cancellation by the passenger(s)), or picking up the passenger(s) but not dropping them off at the requested destination, will disqualify you from this offer.
