Need to take a break? Learn how to go offline

We’ve noticed you recently cancelled your last ride of the day before logging out at around 8 p.m. Cancelling rides creates a very poor experience for riders, so we want to walk you through how to go offline and leave the ViaVan platform without cancelling your rides.

Want to stop driving?

Tap “Go offline” — this will stop any rides from being assigned to you. If you havea rider on board, the system will let you finish your ongoing ride and automatically log you off after.

Remember – you can always press “Go Offline” while you still have riders onboard, and this will prevent new riders from being assigned to your vehicle.
